We will reach out the day before with specific times. We will have you set up & ready to go by your start time. 

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority. We are fully insured and NC state inspected as required.

You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (50ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

You will need a minimum of 3ft. all the way around the unit. Sizes of each are listed in the description. 

In all cases you will need to provide a supply to working electricity. We prove a 50dt drop cord. If you have reserved equipment that uses water, we supply a 50ft water hose, if you have a hose we would love to just use yours if possible. You will have to supply the water!

Group kids by size when playing. Bigger kids or adults should not bounce with younger/smaller kids to help prevent injuries. Only 1 person on the slide at a time. A good protocol is allow one child to climb stairs as 1 child is exiting slide. No flips or rough horseplay. If winds exceed 15mph, turn off the unit. 

No, we normally do not. If you would like an attendant at your event, if available we can accommodate for an extra fee. 

You can pay using any debit/credit card for deposit. Remaining balance can be paid by debit/credit or with cash when we deliver. Our crew does not carry cash. 

Rain: During periods of inclement weather  (i.e. rain, high winds ,etc)  CG Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel. We focus on the safety of our customers. 

Deposits are non-refundable unless it is a weather issue and you cancel TWENTY FOUR hours before your delivery time. Once delivered there will be no refunds.
